PARENTING CLASSES
CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE PREVENTION
C.A.R.E Integrated Parenting Classes provides parents with the knowledge, skills and emotional support to help them face their parenting challenges with confidence. The program consists of 6 - 8 interactive classes which can be adapted to the needs of schools and communities. The classes focus on developing practical skills using parents’ current parenting issues.

C.A.R.E is the Georgia Chapter that facilitates Child Sexual Abuse Classes through Lamplighter curriculum for youth that have been sexually abused.
Lamplighters child sexual abuse program is an educational program designed to provide tools to achieve that goal in a sensitive, non-judgmental and caring environment.” It consist of a six-stage program which identifies: Recognition, Entry, Process, Awareness, Insights and Rhythm.

Holiday Hearts & Helping Hands
Through a partnership with a local daycare center, we provide seasonal support to children and families during Christmas and Easter holidays. Our program offers resources, and practical assistance to parents, helping reduce holiday stress and ensuring children experience joy, care, and a sense of belonging during these special times.
Self-Control Sessions
Listening is much more complex than many people consider, listening is an emotional and intellectual skill that needs to be worked in together. C.A.R.E. teaches lessons that focus on hearing and listening, various ways to control anger and coping skills, respect adult figures and their peers. The child is also taught positive character traits, manners and study habits. Children are awarded for good behavior.
